NATAL
CARE by MEDIX
Neonatal intensive care incubator may be equipped
with various optional accessories to meet the hospital unit's
requirements.
Latest developments and an innovative concept in neonatal intensive
care allow the combination of today's technologically advanced
features with the real needs and possibilities of the neonatal
intensive-care unit.
A design with smooth contours incorporates a microprocessed
multipositional control panel including electro-luminescent or LCD
screen with trend graphs and modular accessories, with digital
displays for skin and air temperatures and set points.
The special incubator features four completely foldable doors, four
hand ports, eight IV ports and side iris ports providing an easy
access to the neonate from any side. A mattress of wide dimensions
allows it to be used for twins. The two skin temperature probes have
individual displays and alarms, for twin mode or for peripheral-core
temperature monitoring. The incubator's integral movement allows for
smooth Trendelenburg and Fowler positioning, with electronic
command, assuring homogeneous thermal distribution in any angle of
the crib.
Additional features include Exclusive Comfort Zone (CZ) screen,
patient identification (ID) with hour and date and a timer with
alarm. The system can be connected to the Network for data
retrieving and processing.
Various modular options are available, such as SpO2 monitoring,
weighing scale, servo humidity and servo oxygen. The incubator can
thus be tailored to the specific requirement of the department or IC
unit.
